Ordering & Design
How do I place an order?
Order on our website by selecting a product, uploading your design, and previewing it before checkout. For custom or bulk orders, contact us directly.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Upload your logo, image, or artwork on the product page and preview placement, size, and position before ordering.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF. Transparent PNGs yield the best results for apparel and decals.
What resolution should my image be?
Use 300 DPI or higher at final print size for best results.
What if I don't have a design?
We can create or refine artwork. Basic design help is available for a small fee depending on complexity.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof showing placement, color, and sizing for your approval before production.
Do I have to own the rights to my design?
Yes. Uploading confirms you have permission and that the artwork doesn't infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
What happens to my uploaded files after my order?
Designs are stored securely and used only for production. We never share or resell your artwork.
Turnaround, Pickup & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush may be available depending on workload and job.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup at 1565 Barton Street East, Hamilton, ON L8H 2Y3. We'll notify you when it's ready.
What are your business hours?
Friday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM | Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM | Tue/Wed/Thu/Sat: By appointment | Monday: Closed.
Do you ship orders?
Yes—across Canada. Shipping costs are shown at checkout or quoted before payment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking details after shipment.
Printing & Materials
What type of printing do you use?
DTF for apparel, and HP Latex for signage, decals, and displays—vibrant, durable color for indoor/outdoor use.
Can you print double-sided items?
Not currently. We offer single-sided printing to ensure quality and quick turnaround.
Are your prints durable and washable?
Yes. DTF prints are soft, flexible, and long-lasting (follow care instructions). HP Latex is waterproof and UV-resistant.
Can you print on custom sizes or materials?
Yes. Cotton, polyester, vinyl, and coroplast are supported. For unique materials or oversized prints, request a custom quote.
Are your inks eco-friendly?
Yes—HP Latex inks are water-based, odorless, and non-toxic for safe indoor use.
Colors & Artwork
What color system do you use?
CMYK for DTF printing, enabling full-color photos and detailed graphics.
Can you match Pantone or RGB colors exactly?
We match closely, but exact Pantone/RGB matches aren't guaranteed with CMYK. Include HEX or Pantone for best results.
Why does my print look slightly different from my screen?
Screens use RGB (light); printing uses CMYK (ink). Small shifts are normal—our workflow aims for the closest match.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and secure online payments via Stripe.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are possible before printing starts. After design approval and print initiation, cancellations may not be possible.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll review and make it right whenever possible.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes—an email receipt is sent after checkout. Business customers can request a tax invoice.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my printed apparel?
Turn inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble on low. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.
Are your decals and signs weatherproof?
Yes—HP Latex prints are waterproof and UV-resistant for indoor or outdoor use.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for apparel?
Each product page includes a size chart. Measure a favorite garment and compare to our chart for best fit.
